Ngocmy Binchotan:
White charcoal is produced through an anaerobic reaction in a furnace at high temperature and then cooled quickly. Carbon content above 90%, metallic luster, covered with white ash on the outside. The value of white charcoal is as a source of stable microwave radiation that helps cook meat from the inside. White charcoal does not have a blazing flame, so it is suitable for high-quality grilled dishes.
